MEPCO Tender Notice for Distribution Materials — Multan Electric Power Company

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites e-bids for multiple supply contracts of distribution materials under the Single Stage, One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. The tenders cover a wide range of distribution items including PCC poles, transformers (25/50/100 kVA), ACSR/AAC conductors, insulators (pin, disc, spool), steel structures, stay wire and fittings, clamps, shackles, pins, fasteners and other related hardware. Most materials are to be delivered on consignee's store (FCS) at Regional Stores; pre-cast (PC) poles are to be quoted on Ex-Works basis.

Bids must be submitted through the e-procurement system (ePADS) and quoted rates must be submitted on ePADS only. Tender documents, specifications and amended/updated specifications are available with the tenders; bidders must refer to the individual tender/package specification for detailed quantities, lot numbers, technical specifications and eligibility/qualification criteria. All usual requirements regarding bid security, validity, taxes, delivery schedules and post-qualification apply as per MEPCO tender terms and ePADS procedures.
