Tender: Construction of Bit Road & Flood Drainage in District Qilla Saifullah — Zhob Division (Balochistan)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Zhob Division. Invitation for sealed tenders for civil works under PSDP, to be procured in accordance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2014 (amended).

Basic eligibility and conditions:

- Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), duly renewed; category C-6 or above with relevant specialized code required.
- Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority.
- Valid Income Tax registration and presence on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Turnover for the last three years (as required by bidding documents).
- Completion of at least 3 assignments of similar nature.
- Bid security: 3% of bid in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
- Method of procurement: Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure.
- Bid validity: Ninety (90) days.

- Tender processing fee: Rs. 2,000/- & Rs. 2,500/- (each tender fee) to be deposited in government treasury under head C-03870 via Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).

- Last date and time for bid submission: 2026-09-10 until 09:00 AM.
