Tender: WSS with Solar Systems & Construction of Side Drains/Tuff Tile — Urban Planning & Development Dept, Quetta (Bid due 2026-09-09)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division, Quetta. Electronic bids only. Procurement to be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014 (amended).

Eligibility & mandatory requirements: Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in relevant category and specialization codes; firms (single entity) must have PEC Category C-4 or above and relevant specialized code. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority and presence on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and valid Income Tax registration are required. Turnover requirement: turnover for the last three years (as required by bidding document). The bidder must have completed two assignments of similar nature.

Bid security: 3% of bid value in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. Method of procurement: Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure.

Documents & fees: Bidding documents available for download from BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk). Tender processing fee of Rs. 2,500/- and Rs. 3,000/- tender fee must be deposited in government treasury under head C-03870 through Green Challan at National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via supplier dashboard only by 2026-09-09 until 09:00 AM. All tenders will be opened the same day at 10:00 PM on EPPS system. Place of issuance and submission: Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Quetta Division, Quetta.
