How to apply: Tender documents are available and bidding must be carried out through the e-Procurement system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Interested firms must register on e-Procurement to be eligible for participation. Technical and financial proposals (as separate envelopes) must be submitted via e-Procurement by the stated deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Key deadlines and procedure: Technical proposals must be submitted on e-Procurement on or before 2016-09-22 not later than 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day on e-Procurement at 11:30 hours. If submission/opening date is a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered. Financial proposals will be opened after evaluation of technical proposals as per PPRA rules.
