Port Qasim Authority (PQA) invites national and international entities to prequalify for the establishment of a Multipurpose Cargo Terminal on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis at Port Qasim, Karachi. The prequalification exercise seeks capable private parties to design, finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer the terminal to PQA.
