Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Sargodha invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab PPA e-Procurement website for various maintenance/repair (M/R) works. Bidders must submit Bid Security / Earnest Money equal to 5% of the estimated cost through the prescribed online/digital mechanism of the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System. All bids shall be submitted online in accordance with the applicable PPRA Rules and the Punjab e-Procurement instructions. Tender documents and detailed terms are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
Issuing offices: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Sargodha and Superintending Engineer, Buildings Division, Sargodha.
