EOI: Prequalification of Tractor Manufacturers & Importers for CM Punjab Green Tractor Program 2026-27

Directorate General Agriculture (Extension), Government of Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for prequalification of tractor manufacturers and importers for the Chief Minister’s Punjab Green Tractor Program 2026-27. Qualified firms will be prequalified for supply under the program subject to meeting the eligibility and documentary requirements.

Key eligibility and requirements:

- Firms, manufacturers and importers must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

- Local manufacturers must hold a valid manufacturing license issued by the Engineering Development Board (EDB) of Pakistan and provide authorization/certification from the principal manufacturer where applicable.

How to obtain and submit EOI:

- Prequalification/EOI documents, instructions and submission procedures are available on the Punjab e-Procurement system: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Applicants must follow the e-procurement submission process.

- Physical submissions (where required) and queries may be addressed to the Office of Director General Agriculture (Extension), First Floor, Agriculture House, 21-Davis Road, Lahore.

Important dates:

- Last date and time for submission: 2026-09-04 by 10:30 AM.

- EOIs/applications will be opened on 2026-09-04 at 11:00 AM.
