Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Bin Qasim Karachi, invites prequalification submissions and Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputable local and international developers, engineering organizations, firms, consultants or consortiums for the establishment, operation and management of a Sea-to-Steel (S2S) project at the Iron Ore & Coal Berth (IOCB), Port Qasim. The scope includes design, engineering, development, financing, construction, operation and transfer of the S2S project.
