SICVD Tender Notice 01–04/2026-27 — Procurement for SICVD Network Hospitals (Karachi)

Scope: Tenders cover multiple procurement packages for SICVD network hospitals. Tender documents, prescribed proformas, specifications, quantities and terms are available from the Accounts Department on payment of the tender fee and via the SPPRA/EPADS portal. The procurement will be conducted under SPPRA rules (2010) as applicable.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Tender documents can be obtained from the Accounts Department (Tel: 021-9922-5881-90) between 09:00 a.m. and 03:00 p.m. on any working day after publication, against a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 2,000/- per tender in favor of "Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases".
• Complete tendering will be carried out through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Interested suppliers must register on EPADS and submit bids through EPADS by the closing date.
• Tender bond and bid security, as specified in the tender documents, shall be in favor of "Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Karachi" and must be uploaded via EPADS. Sealed hard copies of tenders and bid securities may also be submitted physically on the specified date and time where allowed; late submissions or submissions without required fees/security will be rejected.
• Technical bids will be opened on the advertised opening date at the stated office address in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bids will be opened subsequently.
• SICVD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process in accordance with applicable SPPRA provisions.
