Tender: Renovation Works at KP-HISDU Site, Services Hospital Police Lane, Peshawar

Issuing Authority: Project Director, Establishment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Information and Service Delivery Unit (KP-HISDU), Health Department, Khyber Road, Peshawar. Ref: KP-HISDU/Health Dept./1-2/5.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in C-6 or above category and duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) are eligible to apply. Contractors must meet the prescribed eligibility and qualification criteria set forth in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs).

Procurement Method: Open Competitive Bidding / Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014 and as outlined in the Bid Solicitation Documents.

Bid Documents: Complete bidding documents (including Instructions to Bidders, Conditions of Contract, Technical Specifications, Drawings, Bill of Quantities, qualification criteria and other relevant information) may be downloaded from the KPPRA website and the e-PADS portal at kpprocure.gov.pk.

Submission: Bidders shall submit their bids electronically through the e-PADS portal before the prescribed closing date and time.

Bid Security: A bid security of 2% of the bid in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee in favor of the Project Director, KP-HISDU, Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must be submitted/uploaded in accordance with the bidding documents.

Site Visit: Bidders are strongly advised to visit and inspect the proposed site at Services Hospital, Peshawar before submission of their bids to assess existing site conditions, access arrangements, dimensions, existing installations and other conditions that may affect execution of the works.

Other Conditions: The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPP Public Procurement Rules, 2014.
