Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites electronic bids from eligible, FBR-registered firms/companies for the hiring of a legal firm on a retainer basis. Bidding will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
