District Council Faisalabad (Chief Officer: Fida Iftikhar Mir) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).

Key submission details:
- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).
- Submission deadline: 2026-09-28 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council, Faisalabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
- Only electronic bids submitted through Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual/hard-copy bids will not be entertained.
- Detailed bidding documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-PS. Bid security (as specified per package above) must be provided as required by the procurement procedure on the e-PS.
- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).
