Tender: Framework Contract for Bulk Purchase of Laboratory Kits & Chemicals — Govt. Said Mitha Teaching Hospital, Lahore

Medical Superintendent, Govt. Said Mitha Teaching Hospital, Lahore invites e-bids from reputable bidders under applicable laws and PPRA Rules 2014 for a framework contract for bulk purchase of laboratory kits and chemicals. Complete bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADs).

How to apply / submit bids: Bids must be submitted online on the E-Procurement System (EPADs) at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. All interested applicants are required to register on EPADs to be eligible.

Bid security and technical submission: A scanned copy of the original bid security must be attached in the Technical Bid uploaded to EPADs. The original bid security must also be submitted in the Purchase Cell on or before the bid submission date and time; failure to do so will result in rejection of the bid.

Procedure and conditions: Procurement will be conducted through EPADs in accordance with PPRA rules (including PPRA Rule 36-A). Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. E-bids should include a proper index and checklist; noncompliant bids may be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA provisions.
