Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids from interested parties for the disposal/sale of used official/surplus vehicles by open public auction on an "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Sealed bids must be submitted by Tuesday, 15 September 2022 up to 12:00 PM at the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahiwal Interchange, Faisalabad. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Key terms & instructions:
• Vehicles are sold strictly on "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" basis; FIEDMC will not be responsible for any mechanical defect, missing part, or documentation discrepancy after acceptance of the bid.
• Interested parties may inspect the vehicles during office hours (Monday to Friday) on working days from 14 September 2022 up to the date of auction at the FIEDMC Site Office, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahiwal Interchange.
• Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the stated deadline. A bid security/token (as shown in the table) must accompany the bid as earnest money. Successful bidders will be required to pay the remaining amount and complete transfer formalities as per FIEDMC terms.
• FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids, and to cancel or re-advertise the auction without assigning any reason.
