Major Responsibilities	Lead development and implementation of comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning. Formulate and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives; manage marketing budget and resource allocation. Collaborate with business teams, product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies. Oversee marketing teams, agency relationships, and BTL/ATL campaigns; manage launch and social media campaigns. Drive content strategy across channels and measure engagement and campaign performance.
Eligibility & Qualifications	Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution. Age: Not more than 55 years as on date of application. Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Banking/Non-Banking with experience managing strategy teams and strategic initiatives.
