Issuer: Gwadar Industrial Estates Development Authority (GIEDA). This is a public notice to all industrial and commercial plot allottees of GIEDA who have pending outstanding dues or installments against their allotted plots/files.
Action required: All concerned allottees must clear all outstanding amounts and make their files fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice. A 5% penalty will be imposed on installments that were not deposited within the prescribed due dates.
Consequences: Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the allotment/file and re-allotment of the plot to another applicant in accordance with GIEDA rules and policy. This notice serves as final intimation for clearance of outstanding dues along with the 5% penalty within the prescribed period.
