Punjab PULSE Project – Request for Bids for Preparation of Remaining Massive Maps

Purpose: Procurement of the Preparation of Remaining Massive Maps in all Divisions of Punjab under the PULSE Project. Bids are invited from eligible bidders for non-consulting services under a Single Stage–One Envelope Request for Bids in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020).

Key instructions:

• Bidding documents are available from the Project Management Unit (Board of Revenue). Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents between 0900 and 1700 hours at the address below.
• Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11:00 AM on 2026-09-16. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders’ designated representatives who choose to attend on 2026-09-16.
• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security. The required Bid Security amount for each lot is listed in the table below.
