How to Apply
Procurement shall be carried out through E-Procurement (EPADS). The E-Tender Notice & Bidding Document are available on EPADS and PPRA Website. Bidders shall submit E-bid through uploading of PDF file on EPADS. The original CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee must be produced in the name of Director General, WCLA Lahore on or before the closing time of the bid. Notes
The bid shall be a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure and evaluated based on the least cost method. Earnest money is 2% of the estimated cost. Financial bids will be opened after Technical Evaluation.
