Issuer: Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL). This is a final public notice inviting shareholders to file claims for shares and/or dividends that remain unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years.
Shareholders who have not received issued shares or declared dividends should submit their claims within 90 days from the date of this Final Notice (see deadline below). The Company previously sent registered post to the last known addresses of shareholders and invited claims within three months; only a few replies have been received and are being settled.
