PULSE Project (PMU, Board of Revenue) — Request for Bids for Non-Consulting Services (Lots for Punjab Divisions)

Issuer: Project Management Unit (PMU), Board of Revenue — Punjab Urban Land System Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids from eligible bidders for non-consulting services required under the PULSE Project. Bids are invited in separate lots covering multiple Punjab divisions. Bidders must include the required bid security (amounts shown below) and comply with the bidding instructions.

• Bids must be delivered to the Project Management Unit address below by 11:00 AM on the closing date and will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
• Bids shall be valid for the period required in the bidding documents (notice indicates 90 days).
• Bids must be submitted in English and in the required format. Bid security must accompany each bid in the amount specified for the lot.
