How to obtain documents and submit:
- RFP document and detailed RFP notice are available to registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement System and are also published on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.
- All applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible to participate. Proposals (Technical & Financial) must be prepared per the RFP instructions and submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Any submission by mode other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered.
- The Technical Proposal will be opened on the same day (submission date) on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 01:30 PM. If the last date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
