The National Agricultural Research Centre (PARC/NARC), Park Road Islamabad, invites open auction bids from Pakistani nationals for disposal of NARC vehicles on an "as-is-where-is" basis via the e-Procurement & Auction Data System (EPADS) Version 2.0.
