Issuer: International Rescue Committee (IRC). IRC invites sealed bids from interested eligible bidders, companies, firms, and rent-a-car service providers for vehicle rental services to support provincial and regional offices across Pakistan. Services required on monthly and daily rental basis as detailed in Annex-A (price schedule) and Annex-B (scope of work) of the RFP.
