Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Deptt., Lahore Cantonment Board (Lahore Cantt).
Purpose: Open public auction to replace the existing superstructure of 29 bus stop shelters with modern Bus Queue Shelters (BQS) and to allot associated advertising rights on those shelters.

| Participation Requirement | Bidders must deposit earnest money in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan (or a foreign bank counter-guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan) in favour of the Cantt Executive Officer, Lahore. |
| Allocation Terms | Advertisement rights will be granted initially for one (01) year on a Build-Operate-Transfer (B.O.T.) basis; continuation for an additional period (two years mentioned) will be subject to payment of advertisement charges. The highest bidder offering the highest advertisement charges will be declared successful. |
| Technical & Installation | Replacement/installation must follow the design/layout approved by the Cantt Executive Officer / Board. Dimensions and locations of advertisement materials will be determined by the CEO/Board. Any material beyond approved area or exceeding prescribed dimensions must be removed at the bidder's cost. |
| Other Conditions | Bidders must maintain and keep the shelters clean. Defaulters of any Government organization (particularly Lahore Cantt Board) are ineligible. Disputes to be referred to an arbitrator; the Board reserves decision and further terms. |
