| Primary responsibilities | Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance and compliance; lead and mentor product teams and credit analysts; ensure product pricing models align with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance; lead automation and digitization of consumer finance processes; define credit approval processes for segments such as auto and home; process and submit proposals and required reports to Head Retail Banking; propose process improvements related to pre-credit approval |
