The Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Karachi has issued a proclamation requiring accused Abdur Rehman (Import Manager, M/s Global International; Office No. 504, 5th Floor, Hussain Centre, New Challi, Karachi) to appear in Case No. 245/2023 (FIR No. 12/2023-R&D-WEST). He is accused of offences under the Customs Act, 1969, including Sections 16, 192, 209 and 166, and is reported to have absconded after a warrant of arrest was issued.
The accused is required to appear before the Court of Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi on 13 July 2026 at 08:30. The proclamation is dated 9 June 2026.
