PESCO Invitation to E-Bid: Procurement of T&P, Testing & Maintenance Equipment and Thermal Imaging Cameras (GSO-09, GSO-10)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods described below under funds reserved for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through ePADS v2.0 using Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules and applicable regulations.

Key submission and bid-opening information:

- Submit e-bids online via ePADS v2.0. Original sealed documents (including bid security as specified in the bidding documents) must also be submitted to PESCO before the deadline. Original sealed envelope should reach Room #311, Manager Material Management, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar.

- Bids will be opened on: Monday, 2026-09-07 at 10:00 AM (local time).

- Bid security must be issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Financial Officer, PESCO, and other requirements are as specified in the bidding documents.
