District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for multiple Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).

Key terms and application details:
- Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) up to 10:00 AM on 2026-09-28. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who attend.
- Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-PS shall be accepted. Manual or hard-copy bids will not be entertained.
- Procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
- Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost/value shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees shall not be accepted, in compliance with letter No. SO(I&C-1)3-4/2024 dated 19.05.2025, Government of Punjab, Implementation and Coordination Wing, S&GAD.
- If the scheduled date for opening of bids falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).
