Key instructions:
- Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Interested bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to participate.
- The procedure shall follow Single Stage One Envelope as per clause 38 of PPRA rules.
- 2% bid security shall be generated as per lot. Completed bids (technical & financial proposals) must be submitted/uploaded on the Punjab E-Procurement System on or before 11:00 AM on 2026-09-28.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-09-28 at 11:30 AM in the Syndicate Room, Admin Block, The Children's Hospital & UCHS, Lahore, in the presence of bidders' representatives.
- The process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and applicable Government of Punjab instructions.
