Estate Office, Government of Pakistan (Deputy Director, Estate Office, 1-B Pak PWD Colony, Wahdat Road, A.I.T., Lahore) invites sealed bids by public auction for leasing of shops on a monthly rent basis initially for three years under the Shop Rental Policy. The auction will be conducted at the Estate Office, Lahore.
Auction & submission schedule: Bids must be delivered to the Estate Office by 10:00 AM on 2026-09-17. The auction will start at 11:00 AM on 2026-09-17.
Earnest money / token deposit: Each participant must submit a Bank Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 30,000 in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office, Lahore. The amount is refundable for unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for successful bidders.
Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must submit a copy of their CNIC. Employees and contractors are not permitted to participate. Late bids will not be entertained. Further terms and conditions apply as per the Estate Office.
