UVAS Lahore Tender: EOI for Marketing and Distribution of UVAC-FMD Vaccine (Framework Contract)

University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites Expressions of Interest for the marketing/distribution of the UVAC-FMD vaccine manufactured by UVAS on a framework contract basis. Eligible firms registered for income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST) and Professional Tax may submit bids under a sealed single-stage, two-envelope procedure (separate Technical and Financial Proposals). Terms of Reference are available on the university website and the PPRA eProcurement portal.

Bids must arrive by 10 August 2026, 11:00 a.m. with a refundable bid security of Rs.500,000 in the form of a CDR in favor of Treasurer, UVAS, Lahore. Bids will be opened on 10 August 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the Administration Block, 1st Floor, Treasurer Office Meeting Room No.116, UVAS Lahore.
