Ministry of Energy (PIU) – Individual Consultant: Procurement & Contract Specialist (Islamabad)

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Energy (Power Division) – Program Implementation Unit (PIU) for the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) with World Bank financing.

Purpose: PIU seeks an individual consultant to manage and oversee all procurement and contract management functions under EDEIP Component-IV, ensuring full compliance with World Bank Procurement Regulations and applicable government rules.
