Tender 01/FY 2026-27 — Supply of Plotter for Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi

Issuer: Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, Directorate of Research & Support (IT Cell), General Headquarters (GHQ), Rawalpindi. Sealed quotations are invited from reputed IT firms for supply of IT equipment/accessories as per the details below.

Specification documents can be collected from R&S Office (IT Cell), Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi or downloaded free of cost from the MES website (www.mes.gov.pk).

Eligibility and conditions: Firms must be experienced in supply of IT equipment/accessories, provide sales tax and income tax certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) with FBR. Prices should remain valid until 30-06-2027. Government taxes will be deducted at payment in accordance with government rules. Liquidated damages of 1% per day (maximum 10% of total order) will be charged for delay. Queries regarding the tender will be entertained only until one week prior to the deadline. The President Local Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.

Submission details: Last date and time for submission of quotations is 16 Sep 2026 by 1100 hours; quotations will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Submit sealed quotations to the Office of the President Local Purchase Committee, Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi.
