MEPCO Tender Notice — Distribution Material (e-Bids Invited)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites electronic bids (Single Stage, One Envelope) under PPRA Rules-2004 for supply of various distribution materials for MEPCO distribution network. Procurement is on FCS/Regional Stores/consignee basis as per WAPDA/NTDC specifications (amended-to-date). Bidding documents, submission and opening will be handled through MEPCO e-Procurement (EPADS/E-Works) portal.

Scope (selected items visible in the notice): HT/LT PCC poles, LT steel structures, ACSR and AAC conductors, AAC/NT conductors, distribution transformers (25/50/100 kVA), 11 kV drop-out cutouts, double edge platform, steel X-arms with braces, 11 kV disc insulators and spool insulators, D-shackle assemblies, stay rods and complete stay sets, anchor shackles, dead end clamp dogs, PG connectors, washers, nuts & bolts (various sizes), steel X-arms for D.E.M., danger plates, round washer & earth rods, and other distribution fittings.

Bids for multiple tender packages will be received and opened on specified dates and times shown against each package (submission/opening dates range across 2026-09-07 to 2026-09-11 as published). Interested bidders must register and submit their bids online through MEPCO’s e-Procurement system and comply with bid security, qualification, and other terms stated in the e-tender documents.
