FGEHA Invitation for PPP Proposals – Establish English-Medium College & Community Centre in Islamabad (G-14/2 & G-13/4)

FGEHA invites proposals from reputed firms/colleges for public–private partnership development, operation and maintenance under a gross-revenue sharing concession arrangement for the following projects in Islamabad. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS)/eProcure portal.
