PHE Division South Waziristan Lower Invites Bids via ePADS for Drinking Water Schemes

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division, South Waziristan Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for feasibility/study, construction, rehabilitation and solarization of drinking water supply schemes in Newly Merged Districts and Tribal Areas, as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules.

How to obtain documents & submit: Work-wise Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) including bidding/contract data, BOQ and eligibility criteria can be downloaded from the ePADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS. Physical submission of original work-wise bid security (in shape of Call Deposit Receipt) and Tender Form Fee is also required to the office of the undersigned before the bid submission deadline. Clarifications may be sought via EPADS.

Additional important terms (summary): Tender Form Fee (work-wise) 0.03% of Engineer's Estimated Cost payable as CDR. Engineer's estimated cost and BOQs are available on EPADS. Bids will be evaluated per criteria in the BSD and applicable KP PPRAs notifications. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status. All other terms and conditions are as per the standard bidding documents and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules.
