Tender for Supply of Fuels, Lubricants & Anti-Corrosive Materials — Balochistan Constabulary, Quetta

Issuing authority: SSP Headquarters, Balochistan Constabulary, Quetta invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply of fuels, fuel additives, lubricants and anti-corrosive materials. Tendering will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. No physical bids will be accepted; bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Tender fee is not required.

- Bidding Procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope (technical & financial) as per procurement rules.

- Eligibility: Firms must meet standard eligibility criteria (previous similar assignments, tax registration/active taxpayer status and sales tax registration) and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Joint ventures are not permissible. Bidders must be able to supply goods within the stipulated delivery period and submit the required bid security.

- Bid Security: To be provided as a deposit at call from a scheduled bank as specified in the bidding documents (amount = 2% as shown above).

- Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Public Procurement System; physical submissions are not accepted.
