PAA Tender: Landscaping Works Adjacent to VIP Lanes & Old Car Parking — Allama Iqbal Airport, Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed/electronic bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for landscaping works in areas adjacent to VIP lanes and the old car parking at Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP), Lahore.

Eligibility & Mandatory Documents

To participate, bidders must submit the following:

• Valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
• Valid Professional Tax Certificate.
• Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year.
• Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper (value Rs. 300) confirming firm ownership, no blacklisting, and details of any pending litigation.
• Bid security in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft from any scheduled bank drawn in favour of PAA DEVELOPMENT AIIAP. The original bid security must be submitted in person to the office of the undersigned on or before the due date and time.

Submission Method

Technical, financial and mandatory documents must be submitted electronically through the PPA e-PAIDS-2 Web Portal: https://www.epads.gov.pk. Original bid security (physical) must be delivered to the PAA office as specified.

Important Notes

• PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
• Any overwriting/crossing of documents must be properly signed; use of correction fluid is not acceptable.
• Attempts to submit forged or fake financial instruments will lead to disqualification and legal action.
