Issuer: Gwadar Industrial Estates Development Authority (GIEDA). This is a final public notice to all industrial and commercial allottees of GIEDA who have outstanding dues or unpaid installments against their allotted plots/files. All concerned allottees are required to clear all outstanding amounts and make their files fully paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice. A 5% penalty will be imposed on installments not deposited within the prescribed due dates. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the allotment/file and re-allotment of the plot in accordance with GIEDA rules and policy.
