How to apply: Bids must be submitted online via the Sindh e-Procurement / EPADS portal (http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk). A refundable/non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 per package is required and bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided (CDR/Bank Guarantee as specified).
Eligibility and documents: Bidders must be registered with PEC in the stated categories and upload required documents such as CNIC, PEC certificate, NTN, relevant tax and registration documents (SRB/FBR) and any other documents as required by KMC.
Deadline and opening: Last date for submission is 2026-09-14. Online bid submission closes at 11:00 AM and technical/financial bid opening will follow at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS.
