DevOps tooling and automation (Terraform, etc.). 8–10 years owning DevOps function, providing technical authority and developing engineering practices. |
| Product Manager | BS/MS in CS/IT or Business. 6+ years owning product roadmap and delivery with a user/citizen services focus. Strong product management skills: stakeholder management, prioritization, metrics, and cross-functional delivery accountability. |
| Full Stack Engineer | BS in CS/Software Engineering/Information Systems (HEC-recognized) or equivalent. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js/.NET/Java/Python, SQL, REST/gRPC, cloud services. 4+ years building full-stack applications, ensuring availability, security, and accessibility; experience with authentication and front-to-backend integration. |
| Senior Quality Assurance Engineer | BS in CS/Software Engineering or related. Strong background in test automation; ISTQB or similar certifications a plus. 6+ years in test automation and QA ownership, defining test strategy, automation frameworks, and end-to-end defect management across the SDLC. |
