The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites applications from advocates for appointment to the Panel of Advocates (Service Law) to represent FBR and its subordinate offices before Federal Service Tribunal, High Courts, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Federal Constitutional Court and other judicial/ quasi-judicial fora.

| Purpose / Scope | Engagement on panel to provide legal opinions, represent FBR in service-related litigation, prepare pleadings, conduct hearings, submit case progress reports, assist in litigation strategy and related legal work. |
| Key Duties | Provide legal opinions and endorsements; appear before Federal Service Tribunal, High Courts, Supreme Court and other courts; draft pleadings, petitions, applications and appeals; monitor litigation and keep FBR informed; convey court directions and assist in compliance; submit digital reports on case progress. |
| Eligibility & Qualifications | Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law; enrolment with the Bar Council as an Advocate of the High Court / Supreme Court. For representation before High Court and Supreme Court, at least three (03) years’ practice/experience as Advocate High Court / Supreme Court in service, constitutional, administrative or related litigation. Preference to advocates with experience before Federal Service Tribunal, High Courts and Supreme Court. Advocates already on FBR panel must submit fresh applications. |
| Terms | Applications considered for one station only; no TA/DA for interview; remuneration paid on a case-to-case basis per FBR professional fee structure; only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. |
