Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites sealed bids for public auction of condemned/surplus official vehicles on an "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" basis. Sealed bids must be submitted to the FIEDMC Office, Main Entrance, M-3 Industrial City, Near Sahiwalna Interchange, Faisalabad by Tuesday, 15 September 2020 up to 12:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
Vehicles may be inspected on working days up to 14 September 2020 during office hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00 AM–04:00 PM) at the FIEDMC site office. Bidding documents and terms are available from the FIEDMC office. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 5% of the reserve price (token money) in the prescribed form. The highest bidder must pay the remaining amount within the time specified by FIEDMC; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the earnest money. FIEDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
