Punjab Mass-Transit Authority (Lahore) Invitation to Bid — Office Stationery, Entertainment & Office Maintenance Items (FY 2026-27)

Project Management Unit, Lahore of Punjab Mass-Transit Authority invites e-bids for supply of Office Stationery, Entertainment items and Office Maintenance items under a Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPR-14 Rule 38(2)(a). Bidding documents are available for download free of cost from the PPRA website.

Submission and opening schedule:

- E-Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 2026-09-03 at 11:00 hours. Late e-bids will be rejected.

- Bids will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Key requirements and instructions:

- Participating firms must furnish original Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated price for the quoted items. All bids, including Bid Security, shall be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System and copies uploaded as instructed in the e-bidding portal.

- Bidding documents may be downloaded free from the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) — no fee is required.

- The complete e-bids must be delivered through the Punjab e-Procurement (EP) System in accordance with PPR/A instructions.

- Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be obtained from the Project Management Unit, Punjab Mass-Transit Authority. The Authority will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders in the preparation or delivery of bids.
