Public Notice: Lease Renewal and Company Name Change for KPT Plot No.22, West Wharf Karachi

Purpose: Notice of application to Karachi Port Trust for renewal of the lease period and change of company name; Karachi Port Trust has approved the lease renewal and the requested change of name.

Any person, concerned authority, bank or financial institution having any claim, rights or interest or objection to the said renewal or change must notify the Estate Manager, Karachi Port Trust in writing within 7 (Seven) days along with documentary evidence in support of the claim or objection. If no objection is received within the stated period the claim or objection shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer/completion will proceed.
