SAENDAK METALS LIMITED (SML) invites Technical and Financial proposals via electronic bids (E-PADS) from consultancy firms for detailed design and resident supervision of civil works for development projects. Consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), registered with FBR and appear on FBR's Active Taxpayers List. Selection will follow the Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method in accordance with PPRA's Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010, using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.
