Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Midwifery, Lahore

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). IDAP invites pre-qualification proposals from eligible contractors for construction and infrastructure development of the Center of Excellence for Nursing Education & Midwifery (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore.

Scope: Construction of buildings and related infrastructure including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical & fire-fighting works, external development works, and supply/deployment of necessary material, labor, plant/works/tools & machinery.

Participation requirements: Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents and the PQ notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Responses will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the Authority website.

Submission and opening: PQ proposals must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-09-08 by 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 03:30 PM. Any proposal received through means other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered.
