Port Qasim Authority Request for Bids — Procurement of Tablets and Accessories (EPADS v2.0)

Issuer: Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi (PQA).

Purpose: Procurement of tablets and accessories for Port Qasim Authority.

Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations/guidelines.

Important instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement system. Manual (physical) submission of bids will not be accepted. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate; a tutorial for registration is available on the portal. Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bidding Documents (in the form of a Pay Order) or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the Bidding Documents.
