Pakistan Railways Sukkur — Invitation for Bids (EPADS) for Level Crossing Upgradations

Office of the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Sukkur invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for upgradation works. Firms must fulfill mandatory instructions, hold PEC C-5 Category or above registration, have at least one retired Signal Inspector on their team, and be on the Active Taxpayer List on the due date. Electronic bids are to be submitted via E-PADS; a scanned copy of the Bid Security (CDR/Pay Order) must accompany submissions and the original Bid Security and other required documents must be submitted to the DAO, PR Sukkur before the submission deadline. Hard copy of the duly completed tender must also be submitted to the undersigned office by the deadline.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-31 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at the DAO/Sukkur office on 2026-08-31 at 11:30 AM. Tender documents are available free of charge from http://eprocure.gov.pk.
