Child Protection Institute, Ministry of Human Rights (Government of Pakistan) invites bids from reputable security companies for provision of security services (deployment of ex-servicemen) at the Child Protection Institute, Islamabad. The contract is for one (01) year and is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Manual/physical submission of bids will not be accepted. Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure using an Open Competitive Bidding approach with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must include the required bid security as described in the bidding documents.
